First Day of Spring

Oh what a glorious day it was! So beautiful and full of hope and renewal. All the things spring should bring! I celebrated the Vernal Equinox on SL alone. I had offered to do a ritual as an event but no one seemed interested, so I cancelled. Seems to be the norm in the clan these days, sadly. 

 Instead of dressing as a fairy, this year I chose a faun. Very much out of the ordinary for me! My dear friend Suze always dresses like a faun so I thought I'd give it a whirl. Mine was a cheap AV and the knees didn't bend. Ah, well. Was still fun experimenting! 

 I headed out to my usual haunt, Elven Forest, for a bit of frolic in the flowers. It was so relaxing. I could almost feel the breeze on my face and smell the sweet flowers.

Reminiscing #6: The Moon and The Stars and Sterling

I spent my days looking and exploring SL when I wasn't on clan lands. I longed to go on a date with my husband. Rikk was always busy on lands as the ArchKnight doing notecards, bannings, reviewing notices, and handling griefers. We would use the dance ball at the landing spot just so I could be with him. I would often look for fun places to explore together on the off chance we might have a date.

One of my favorite places to go was The Elven Forest. There were so many little hidden nooks and crannys. So many fabulous poses to do and try. The sim was filled with people from all other countries. I made many friends exploring and experiencing all it had to offer. Many times language was a barrier but it didn't matter. We shared in each other's enthusiasm and even though we didn't speak the same language we would readily follow each other. It was like Christmas morning when we found some new hidden cove or the teleport to touch the stars, the moon in the water, the magical grove, swimming like a mermaid in the water, singing and dancing like the fairies. The difficult to reach places offered sex pose balls but I never went there. Maybe  some day with Rikk. This is where I came to take some photos of myself in case I did become a Lady. I would need a picture for the castle afterall!
